He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Scott and Irene B. Scott; his wife Fran Scott; and his siblings, Rudolph Scott and Jean Hucks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Perez (Benny) of Lumberton, NC and Lorrie Lewis (Rob Johnson); his grandsons, Keith Morris (Amanda) and Kevin Morris (Latoya); and his great grandchildren, Kasiyah, Gabriel, Paisley and Rawlins.
