He is survived by: his daughters, Katrina Huggins Davis (Timothy) and Rowena Huggins; his granddaughter Erika Phillips Dail (Barclay); his great grandchild William Bryson Dail; his sisters, Clara Hawley, Gloria Pittman, Betty Pittman, Linda Cox and Mary Ann Mayers; and his close friend Pete Lambert. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare at 1414 Physician's Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401.
