It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Priest of Lumberton, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father H. P. Keel Sr.; her husband Jimmie Priest; her son J. Floyd Priest, Jr.; and her siblings, Irene Perkins, Billie Ann Tucker and H. P. Keel, Jr. (Ruth).
She is survived by: her children, Timmie Priest (Teresa) of Bladenboro and Kelli Burney (Mike) of Dublin; her grandchildren, Landon, Adrienne (Shon), Jonathan (Kayla), Destinee, Austin, Veronica and Venessa; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Kayden, Kayleigh, Hayleigh, Jayleigh and Trevor.
Flowers are welcome at the graveside and church service; however, donations may be made to the Church of God Children's Home 3485 Weatherby Circle Concord, NC 28027.
