He is survived by: his siblings, Melissa, Tammy of Pembroke and Tony; his siblings' children, Deanna (Dee Dee), Michelle, Talia, Cierra, Keith, Charles, Daniel, Jeremy and Ellison III (Trouble); his great-nephew Christopher; and his caregiver Taylor of Gentiva Hospice. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
