She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Evelyn Sampson; her aunt Dawn Oxendine; her grandparents, Lacy and Sadie Oxendine; and her brother Marvin Locklear.
She is survived by: her parents, Gerald Wayne and Karry Locklear of Lumberton; her children, Lahalie Dawn Devor, Alana Mae Oxendine, Kylie Evelyn Grace Oxendine, Kylan Lee Hunt, Jaylan Hunt and Lacoya Oxendine; and her siblings, Geronimo Locklear, Alisa and Sabra Oxendine. She is also survived by her children; and a host of extended family.
