She is survived by: her siblings, Cathy Bell of Lumberton, NC, Tammy Bell Collins (Mark) of Red Springs, NC, Carol Sue Goins of Fairmont, NC, Linda Brayboy (Vincent) of Morehead City, NC., Anthony Oxendine of Morehead City, NC and Wayne Locklear of Pembroke, NC; her former husband Robert Lee McNeill Jr.; and her close friends, Terrance Carter, Sonny Hunt, Heather Petrie, Shanendoa Hunt and Barbara Hammonds.
