She is survived by: her mother Alice Powell McCollum; her daughter Shimeka Blue; her siblings, Stephanie Jones of Charlotte, NC, Tameka Powell Bethea (Shawn) of Mebane, NC, James C. Robinson of Charlotte, NC and Shyman Dew of Raleigh; her siblings' children, Quan, Kareem Bethea of Mabane, NC, Micah, Matthew Robinson of Charlotte, NC, K'mari Mingledorf of Charlotte, NC and Shaniqua Horstead (Maurice) of Charlotte, NC; her great-nephews, Bryson Horstead of Charlotte, NC and Amir White of Mebane, NC; and her great-niece Brielle Horstead of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
