He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Lee Fields, Sr. and Frances Dale Fields; his wife Patricia Ann Fields; his children, Patrick Lee Fields and Catrina Fields; his brother Leon Fields; and his grandson Devin Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Tausha Ann Fields, Troy Lee Fields, III and Angel Wison; his grandchildren, Claudia Alishiea Holditch, Savannah Michelle Holditch (Steven Miller), Jeremiah Alexander Griffin (Chelsea Burnette) and Elijah Samuel Griffin; his great grandchildren, Otto Hasenpat, Zayden Santee, Solomon Santee and Nolan Santee; and his siblings, Fran Oxendine, Carlene Jones, Margaret Smith, Von Ray Fields and Harold Fields. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (3575 N Roberts Ave, Lumberton, NC 28360). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at the Robeson Memorial Park (116 McKinnon Rollin Rd, Lumberton, NC 28358).
