He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Strickland; his sons, Brian Strickland (Monica) of Mint Hill, NC and Chris Strickland (April) of Pembroke, NC.; his siblings, Ronald Strickland (Sandra), Sue Ann Maynor (Rabon), Linda Tyler (Chester), Janice Grady (Stan) and Marie Moore (Fredrick); his grandsons, Travis Brian Strickland, Sean Casey Strickland and Christopher Clayton Strickland; and his stepchildren, Rev. Charles Brewer (Sherry), Rex Brewer (Millicent), Vanessa Meadows (Mitch) and Sylina Hunt.
