He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alice McArver Stephens and Wendell Colvert Stephens, Sr.; his wife Wanda Ivey Stephens; his children, Rhyne Stephens Hughes (Keith) and Marc Stephens; his brother Phillip Stephens; and his sister-in-law Martha.
