With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wendy Locklear (Lumberton, North Carolina), who passed away on July 15, 2025 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Wendy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Wendy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Butch Langley and Geneva Locklear Langley; and her siblings, Jason Langley and Mary Glennise Langley. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Jones of Red Springs, Jaden Locklear of Raeford, Destiny Locklear of Lumberton, Kayla Locklear of Lumberton and Gena Langley of Raeford.
