He is survived by: his daughters, Taleisa Dorris of Fayetteville, NC, Rose Marie Morrison of Fayetteville, NC, Diane Locklear of Fayetteville, NC, Gwendale Locklear of Fayetteville, NC, Carolyn Sanchez (Roger) of Fayetteville, NC and Brenda Hadden (John) of Red Springs, NC; his adoptive daughters, Joyce Chavis and Georgiana Wilkins (Luther); his sons, Russell Walker of Fayetteville, Allen Locklear of Fayetteville, Perry Locklear (Hattie) of Fayetteville and Don Locklear (Lisa) of Shannon, NC; his great great grandchild James "Dawson" Chavis; his sister Reola Locklear; his nephew Anthony Lowery; and his friends, Danny Barefoot and Mary Callahan. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 74 great-grandchildren, 26 great-great grandchildren.
