He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Terry Goldbach; his daughters, Wendy Walters and Karen Griffin; his sister Valerie Goulding (Ron); and his children, Martha Terry Locklear (John), Steve Terry (Anne) and Jeff Terry (Trude). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
