He is survived by: his significant other Cathy Kaylor; his granddaughter Sade'Denise Nealy; his stepchildren, Cameron Denton (Angalica) and Courtney Denton; his siblings, Lee Morris Nealy of Lyons, NY, Matthew Nealy of Greensboro, NC, James Larry Nealy (Beverly) of Goose Creek, SC, James Ricky Nealy of Greensboro, NC, Brenda Lois Powell (Andrew Sr.) of Newburgh, NY, Gwenda Nealy of Greensboro, NC, Sarah Margaret McNair of Fayetteville, NC and Sheila Odessa Morris (Timothy) of Hope Mills, NC; his sisters-in-law, Linda Gerald Nealy of Raleigh and Sonya Nealy; and his grandchildren, Javonte Kendall, Shatina Aneice, Shaquille O'Neal, Cameron Jr., Gaberiel, Mirkale, Kahmiya and Aaliyah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
