He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Parker and Rosa Queen West Parker; his wife Mary Ann Parker; and his siblings, Morris Parker, Cecil Parker, Rencil Parker, Bobby Parker, Horace Parker, Mavis Lee Cain and Linda Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Willis Carol Parker, Jr. of Lumberton, NC and Tammy McPhatter (Darryl) of Fairmont, NC; his siblings, Betty Parker Bass of Lumberton, NC, Brenda Singletary of Holden Beach, NC and Gene Bodiford of Holden Beach, NC; his grandchildren, K. C. Parker and Madison McPhatter; and his great grandchild Everleigh Parker.
