The memory of Donald Cole (Macclesfield, North Carolina), born in Pinehurst, North Carolina, who passed away on July 7, 2025 at the age of 79, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cole and Mary Lena Cole; his sister Susan Cole Webb; and his stepson Stephen K. Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Dale Whitlark Cole; his daughters, Donna Cole Briley and Cathy Cole Beasley (Matt); his granddaughter Molly Briley; and his siblings, Clare Cole Phillips (Ellis), Danny Cole, Tim Cole (Rose) and Andy Cole (Melinda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calendar Eagles Baptist Church (184 NC-124, Macclesfield, NC 27852). A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Don's memory be made to Eagles Baptist Church, 184 NC 124, Macclesfield NC 27852, and/or Webbs Chapel Baptist Church, PO Box 336, Macclesfield NC 27852.
