He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Bernard and Hazel Marie Outlaw; and his brother Henry Douglas Outlaw, Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Deborah "Kaye" Outlaw; his children, Harleigh Nichole (Shane) and Kenny (Kelly) of Missouri; his grandchildren, Juliette Nichole Dryman, Noah, Levi, Selah, Silas and Titus; his sister Kathy Durham; his nephews, Doug Outlaw and Dwight Outlaw; and his pet Miss Daisy Mae.
