He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Duvall and Isabella Duvall; his sister Janice Dale Duvall; and his grandson Parker Mathis. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Norton Duvall; his children, Robin Duvall Spivey (Kevin) and Mickey Duvall (Katie); his grandchildren, Derek Roland (Debi), Michael Mathis, Tanner Duvall, Mikey Duvall (Savannah), Wyatt Duvall and Abigail Duvall; his great grandchildren, Judson Roland, Banks Roland, Zeb Roland, Lilah Mathis, Kenlyn Duvall and Killian Duvall; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor Stamey, Madison Stamey and Jaxon Stamey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Parker Mathis Memorial Scholarship, honoring the memory of Guy's beloved grandson and continuing a legacy that meant so much to him and his family.
