She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kevin D. Penn, Jr. (Megan), Shania L. Dalton, Latisha Cook and Aaron Moore; her sister Alma J. Dalton of Madison, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Whitley of Madison, NC and Linder Penn of Madison, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
