She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Willard Shelton. She is survived by: her husband John Finus Cook; her sons, Jonathan Neil Cook (Sallie) and Jared Franklin Cook (Joanna); her granddaughters, Molly and Lenore; and her brothers, Thomas, Robert, James, William and David Shelton.
