He is survived by: his father Melvin Jackson Hopper, Sr.; his wife Penny Roberts Hopper; his children, Nicholas Brogdon, Victoria and Chelsea; his grandchildren, Loralei, Octavia and Sophia; his siblings, Melvin (Hopper, Jr.) and Deanna Hopper Sizemore (Bobby Dean); his niece Misty Nelson; his nephews, Chris Sizemore, Dean Sizemore, Cole Atkins and Matthew Hopper; and his close friend Louie Bullins.
