He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKinley Craddock and Jannie Withers Shough Craddock; his son John William Craddock; and his siblings, William Fetzer Craddock, Luther "Bass" Craddock, Paul Craddock, Mary Barrett Wagoner and Estelle Wagoner.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Southern Craddock; his children, Carl David Craddock, Jr., Lonnie Craddock (Kim), Ronnie Craddock (Tara), Jerri Marie Vaughan Craddock and Jannie Mae Lee (C. J.); his grandchildren, John Guerrero, Teretsa Guerrero, Shane Craddock (Britneigh), Amber Craddock, Faith Craddock, Clayton Craddock (Brianna), Katie Craddock-Hayes (Damion) and Cody Craddock; and his brother Richard Craddock. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
