With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carl Oldham (Madison, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Carl left this world on October 9, 2025 at the age of 62, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Carl may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carl touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Goins Wilson and Bobby Presley Oldham; his stepfather Bobby Wilson; his brother Bobby Presley Oldham, Jr.; and his wife Susan Stone Oldham.
He is survived by: his sister Tammy Oldham Cannaday. He is also survived by niece, a nephew, great-nieces and great-nephew, aunts, uncles, many cousins and his fur baby.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
