She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Columbus Cox and Lottie Bell Bullins Cox; her husband Jackie Ray "Blues" Kallam, Sr.; her daughter Vickie Lynn Amos; and her siblings, Mike Cox, Roy Cox, Jr., Katie McBride and Marie Edge.
She is survived by: her sons, Jackie Ray Kallam, Jr. (Sandra), Dickie Dyson Kallam and Phillip Anthony Kallam; and her grandchildren, Dickie Kallam, Jr., Amber Kallam, Jason Kallam, Jordan Kallam, Ashley Kallam and Phillip Kallam, Jr.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and many extended family.
