He is survived by: his wife Ruth Handy Wray; his children, Dean Hayden (Robin) of Mayodan, Jeff Hayden (Christy) of Stoneville and Dawn Cain (Mike) of Reidsville; his grandchildren, Michaela, Nathan, Brandy, Jessie (Casey), Shawn (Katie), Dustin and Kristen; his great grandchildren, Memphis, Madelynn, Banner, Landree and Wrangler; his siblings, Bonnie Joyce (RL), Deonne Walker, Gary Wray, Renee Gregg and Pam Martin (Sam); and his aunt Judy Ivy (Cub Moore).
