He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Webb and Viola Joyce Webb; his wife Rilla Chaney Webb; his grandson Jacob Randall Adkins; and his siblings, Curtis Webb, Harvey Webb, Marvin Webb, William D. Webb, Shirley W. Lynch, Peggy W. Sharp and Nellie Irene W. Purdy.
He is survived by: his children, Melinda W. Smith (Robert), Regina W. Wilmoth (Roger) and Robin W. Via (Timmy); his grandchildren, Joseph Smith (Chrissy), Tegan S. Ellison (Justin), Justin Adkins, Tori Moorefield (Aaron), Chelsey Inman and Adam Via; his great grandchildren, Alex Hardy (Destany), Stella Smith, Scarlet Tharp, Raelynn Land, Ashton Hardy, Jace Smith and Melana Alley; his great great grandchildren, Naomi and Rayne; his siblings, James Webb, Harry Webb (Doris), Norman Webb (Judy), Mary Ruth Myers (Bobby), Loretta Hickman (Clayton) and Pauline Matherly; and also, Carolyn Webb, William Lynch, Jewell Priddy and Shorty Chaney.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025).
