It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dedrick Shelton (Madison, North Carolina), who passed away on October 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Shelton and Mollie Ray Shelton; his son Randy Shelton; and his siblings, Leach, William Shelton, June Ledford, Jeanette Tweed and Edith Queen Leake.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Doan Shelton; his daughters, Rhonda Limon (Dave) of Somonauk, IL and Teresa Halvax (Joel Ross) of Gaffney, SC; his siblings, Kenneth Shelton (Doris) of Candler, NC, Glenn Shelton (Barbara) of Marshall, NC and Jeanelle Selhost of Fletcher, NC; and his sister-in-law Virginia Shelton (late Leach) of Fletcher, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
