She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Phillip Motsinger, II (Carol) and Edward Lewis Motsinger (Lauren); her grandchildren, Chloe Anna Motsinger and Daniel Lane Motsinger; her stepgrandsons, Justin Ellison and Jeremy Apple; her nieces, Jeana Koontz, Kathy Mabe and Kim Hill; and her nephew Jason Moore.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
