He is survived by: his wife Janice Arrington Briggs; his children, Tonja Taffer (Jimmy), Terry Briggs and Stephen Briggs (Leeanne); his grandchildren, LaTanya Mullis (Joey), Megan Stidham (Shannon), Robert Taffer (Samantha) and Mayson Briggs (Karista); and his great grandchildren, Jonathon, Addison, Sadie Mullis, Kayson Briggs, Sawyer Taffer, Justice, Valor Stidham and Titus Taffer.
