She is survived by: her children, Dennis L Whitfield (Shearin) of Greensboro, NC, Cynthia W. Lively (Steve) of Madison and Deborah W. Miller (Jeff) of Madison; her niece Linda Watkins (Morry); her grandchildren, Melisa L. Shelton (Jody), Kristal L. Fletcher (Dale), Celeste N. Tarner (Jason), Krista W. Parham (Michael) and Joshua Whitfield; her great grandchildren, Justin Fletcher, Dillon Shelton, Trevor Shelton, Kortnie Fletcher, Ava Tarner, Klaus Parham and Lincoln Parham; her sister-in-law Barbara Eason; and her nieces, Judy Lance and Zylphia Culbreth. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
