It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emalee Proctor Mullins (Madison, North Carolina), who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Sam Proctor; her husband Caswell Dallas "Moon" Mullins; her son Caswell Anthony "Tony" Mullins; her great grandchild Presley Rose Mullins; her brother Ken Proctor; and her son-in-law Scott Tosto.
She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Mullins Tosto-Landreth (Tim); her grandchildren, Katey Tosto Oakley, Samuel Tosto, Samantha Landreth, Caswell Alden Mullins and Garrett Mullins; her great grandchildren, Sadie Grace Mullins and Hazel "Moon" Mullins; her daughter-in-law Robin Mullins; and her siblings, Darrell Proctor and Midgie Proctor Craver (Tony). She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Foundation and/or the Down Syndrome Foundation.
