She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Clark and Jettie Clark; and her siblings, Donnie, Roy Clark, Patty Pruitt and Sondra Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Shaw; her siblings, Jim Clark, Joe Clark (Carol), Danny Clark (Jennifer), Debbie Fulp (Buddy) and Brenda Smith (Jeff); her sister-in-law Cindy Martin (Mike); and her close friend Daniel Everette. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
