He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette James Bullins and Ruby Elizabeth Holland Bullins; his wife Margaret Sheppard Bullins; and his brothers, Ernest, Thomas, Phillip, Garland and Wayne Bullins.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Snow (Michael); his grandchildren, Piper and Ruby Snow; and his brother Bob Bullins (Lucille). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
