He was predeceased by: his father James Lee Gann; and his sister Helen Gann. He is survived by: his wife Martha Wall Gann; his son James "Jamie" Gann, Jr. (Amanda) of Sandy Ridge; his granddaughter Elizabeth Rose Gann of Sandy Ridge; and his siblings, John David Gann (Pam), Randy Lee Gann (Denise) of Madison, Sarah Pruitt of Madison, Faye Kallam (Jerry) of Mayodan and Donna Harris (Larry) of Greensboro.
