Joan King Grogan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan King Grogan (Madison, North Carolina), who passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hornor Wendell Grogan; her son Norman Keith Grogan; her siblings, Carter Frank King, Jr., Tommy Milton King, Minnie King Belton, Margaret King Knight and Doris King Claybrook; and her sister-in-law Wanda Grogan Grim.
She is survived by: her son Wendell "Hornor" Grogan (Joyce); her granddaughter Elizabeth Grogan; her great grandchild Owen Grogan Alvarado; her caregivers, Julie, Dorothy Townes and Sabrenna Manuel; and her close friends, Dale Sparks, Pam and Terry Hill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Madison Rescue Squad or to First Baptist Church in Madison.
