We are sad to announce that, on November 26, 2022, at the age of 87, June Comer Morton (Madison, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William Henry Comer; her husband William Edward Morton; her granddaughter Lori Hutchens; her siblings, Henry Lee "Pete" Comer and Becky Comer Fuller; her sister-in-law Virginia Smith; and her mother-in-law Charlie Morton.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Morton (Sharon) of Pawley's Island, SC, Brad Morton of Belews Creek, Susan Lindsay of Greensboro, Christopher Morton (Justine) of Walkertown and Greg Morton of Walkertown; her grandchildren, Krystal Davis (Marty) of Asheville and Hilary Finney Lucki of Ohio; her great grandchildren, Natalie Morton, Ava Davis, Naya Davis and Adam Wood, Jr.; and her siblings, Bob Comer (Eunice) of Shiloh, Veda Ellisor (Joe) of Greensboro and Pat Matheson (Don) of Greensboro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
