She was predeceased by: her parents, William Penn Still and Mary Catherine Davis Still; and her husband Clyde Benjamin Vernon. She is survived by: her children, Mark Vernon (Annette) and Cathy Nelson (Randy); her grandchildren, Matthew Nelson (Ammie), Leigh Nelson, Amber Nelson Morphies (Johnny), Michael Vernon and Michelle Duncan (Tyler); her sister Linda Wilson (Danny); and her caregivers, Amanda Gusler, Stephanie Fulton and Tracy Herman. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
