She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Lee and Patricia Hooker Bullins. She is survived by: her sons, Lewis Smith (Jackey) and Bobby Williams; her grandson Hunter Jackson Smith; and her siblings, Bobby Bullins, Jerry Bullins and Marsha Blakley.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mayodan Municipal Cemetery.
