He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Nip" Howard Hall and Annie Lou Wilson Hall; his daughters, Christle Anne Hall and Farrah Michelle Hall; his grandson Tony Wayne Gilbert; and his brothers, Roger Lee Hall and Norman Junior Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Hall; his grandchildren, Autumn York (Joshua), Lacey York and Chase Martin; his sisters, Clara Smith, Betty Manring, Norma Jean Pack and Darlene Faye Goad (Russell); his friend Christy Evans Vernon (Keith); his close friend Furman (Hunnicutt); his goddaughter Leslie Hunnicutt; his son-in-law Daniel York; and his cousin Leann Skeen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home and Chapel (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025).
