He was predeceased by: his parents, Rush C. Collins Sr. and Mamie W. Collins; and his siblings, Harold Collins, Rush Collins Jr., James Collins Sr., Edith Rumley, Clarence Collins, Donald Collins and Marie Easter.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Collins; his sons, Mike Collins (Tammy) and Gary Collins (Lisa); his grandchildren, Adam Collins, Chris Collins, Morgan Hawke, Sarah King and Kevin Collins; and his sister Linda Julian. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to AuthoraCare Collective Hospice of Greensboro in appreciation for the compassionate care that they provided to Paul and his family.
