In the sacred silence of farewell, Paula is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Paula's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Junior Mabe and Lila Roberts Mabe; and her daughter Jennifer Dawn Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Franklin Mitchell (Pinky); her son Joseph; her granddaughters, Sierra Hill (Ricky) and Brittany Bouldin (Kyle); and her sister Donna Vaden (David). She is also survived by many extended family/friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation or Ancora Compassionate Care of Reidsville, NC.
