With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rachel Lee Gentry (Madison, North Carolina), who passed away on May 8, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, H. B. Lee, Sr. and Della Allen Lee. She is survived by: her significant other Leon Gentry; her daughters, Pam Ranson (Brian) of Greensboro and Amy Matthews of Greensboro; her granddaughters, Gentry Ranson (Jack Manley), Davis Ranson, Ellis Matthews, Hannah Matthews and Grace Matthews; and her siblings, Linda Clark (Wayne) of Georgia and Ronny Lee (Maggie) of Florida. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
