He is survived by: his wife Gayle Bray Parker; his siblings-in-law, Matthew Andy Bray (Renee), Linda Parker and Veda Lawson; and his nieces and nephews, Billy Charles Parker, Jr. (Lori), Tim Parker (Wendy), Vince Parker, Brandon Parker (Maegan), Talon Bray (Kayleigh), Addy Manning (Michael) and Kaitlyn Bray.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
