We announce the death of Raymond F. Evans (Madison, North Carolina), who passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bobby Evans, Howard Evans, Junior "Junebug" Evans and Wayne Evans. He is survived by: his siblings, Alton Evans (Susie), Elaine E. Smith, Marie E. Hopkins, JoAnne E. Johnson and Vivian E. Lester (Darrel).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
