He was predeceased by: his father William E. Puckett; his wives, Louise Dodson Puckett and Macdean Atkins Amos Puckett; his grandson Mark Puckett; and his brother Lewis Puckett.
He is survived by: his son Tim Puckett (Anne); his grandsons, Ryan Puckett (Julie) and John Puckett; his great grandchildren, Emily, Emma Puckett and Hayley Brown; his nephews, Darrell Hawkins (Yvonne) and Billy Puckett; his great-nephews, Bryan, Jason, Jeremy Hawkins and Jordon Puckett; and his great-niece Lindsay Puckett.
