She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Field, Jr.; her grandson Samson Quate; and her brother Robert Field. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Hooker (Keith) and Kimberly Quate (Eddie); her grandchildren, Bobby Hooker (Kortney), Terry Hooker (Emily), Charity Hooker, Dawn Quate, Kristina Quate and Savannah Quate; her great grandchildren, Justin "Bubbie" Malloy, Destiny Quate, Benjamin Quate, Jaxson Milstead, Jaden Quate, Kaleigh Mae Hooker and Karoline Hooker; and her siblings, Johnny Smith (Carol), Bill Smith (Cindy), Benny Smith (Sharon), Larry Field, Bill Field and Tansie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clearview Baptist Church, 149 Station Road, Mayodan, NC 27027 and/or Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
