He was predeceased by: his father George Emmit; and his siblings, Noel, Eugene, Floyd, John Collins, Louise Collins, Jessie and Ruth Overby.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Corn Collins; his daughters, Donna Collins and Gina Alspaugh (Rick); his grandson Jason Kendall (Elizabeth); his stepgranddaughter Jessica Goebelt (David); his great grandchildren, Joshua, Hannah, Thomas and Andrew Kendall; and his pet Toby.
