She was predeceased by: her children, Jesse Gardner and Annalisa Gardner; her grandparents, Noel Monroe, Beattie Mchone Woods, Jesse Elyard Owens and Lois Pruitt Owens; and her stepgrandmother Rachel Owens.
She is survived by: her parents, Berkley Elyard and Eula Woods Owens; her boyfriend James Duggins; her children, Jennifer Duggins and Jamie Duggins; her grandchildren, Ayden Kent, Soar Duggins and William Blevins; her siblings, Tony Elyard Owens (Rhonda) and Tracy Owens Grubb (Ronnie); her nieces and nephews, Tony Elyard Owens, Jr., Julia Mae Rowland, Cameron Minor and Taylor Minor; and her close friend Cecelia Regalado. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews.
