He was predeceased by: his parents, Moir Ellington Wood and Louise Robertson Wood; his son Bradley Wood; and his stepgrandson Christopher Douglas McLemore. He is survived by: his wife Joan Joyce Wood; his sons, Garry Wood (Gaye) and Brock Wood (Melissa); his grandchildren, Garrett Wood (Sydney), Lora Wood, Isaac Wood and Jamison Wood; his great grandchildren, Georgia Wood and Walker Thomas Wood; and his sisters, Virginia DeHart (Ellis) and Mary Lou Mabe (Todd). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
