He is survived by: his wife Linda Hayes Lowe of Madison, NC; his children, Bonita Lowe, Michelle Mitchell (Renna), Karen Lowe, Glynis Goolsby (Felix) and Walter Lowe (Denise); his siblings, Carolyn Tucker (Jim), Glenda Cooch, Lonnie Lowe and Wayne Lowe (Gloria); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Satin, Felix, Shale, Quandara, Trey, Andrew and Chelsea.
